Emergency Repairs – Important Information For Tenants

Emergency repairs must be reported to Compass Asset Management immediately to avoid further or unnecessary damage to the property.

During office hours, please call 07 5502 9993 as soon as the emergency is observed.

After hours, please leave a message and the emergency call back service will return your call as soon as possible.

In the tenancy moving-in kit, form 17a provides more information about how to report an emergency.

Treating a simple repair as an emergency may result in the tenant being charged callout fees.

Examples of emergency repairs include:

  • Burst water service
  • Gas leak
  • Blocked or broken toilet
  • Fault/damage likely to cause injury
  • Burst water service
